Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Innovai Pty Ltd ("Zabanak", "we", "us") for using the Zabanak app and website. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Zabanak.

1. The service

Zabanak translates speech into Farsi and Farsi into other languages, shows live subtitles, and dubs videos into Persian. Features, languages and allowances may change as we improve the app. Zabanak needs an internet connection to translate.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old, or have a parent's or guardian's permission where the law requires it.
• Keep access to your email or sign-in method secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Free time, trials and invite rewards are for real, individual people. Creating accounts to collect them repeatedly is not allowed.

3. Plans, trials and payments

• Basic is free and includes a limited amount of translation and dubbing time that renews weekly or monthly.
• Premium is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly through the App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown in the app and in your store before you buy, including any local taxes.
• Free trial: when offered, a new subscriber gets a free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the subscription starts and you are charged. There is one free trial per person.
• Renewal and cancellation: subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the paid period ends.
• Extra time: Premium members can buy extra hours. Unused allowances and extra time may expire as described in the app and do not carry cash value.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

4. Acceptable use

Please do not use Zabanak to:

• record, translate or dub anyone in a way that breaks the law, including recording people without the consent the law requires where you are;
• dub or share videos you do not have the right to use, or infringe anyone's copyright or other rights;
• harass, threaten, deceive or harm others;
• copy, reverse engineer, overload, or try to get around the app's limits or security; or
• resell or offer the service to others without our written permission.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to what you say, the videos you choose and the transcripts and dubs you create. You give us permission to process them only as needed to provide the features you use, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights to the videos you dub and share.

6. Translation accuracy

Translations, subtitles and dubs are produced automatically and may contain mistakes, miss words, or change meaning. Use them to help you understand and communicate, not as a certified translation. For medical, legal, financial, safety or emergency matters, confirm important information with a qualified professional interpreter.

7. Our app

Zabanak, including its software, design, name, logo and artwork, belongs to us and is protected by law. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, under these terms and the rules of the App Store or Google Play.

8. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep Zabanak reliable, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on a translation. Our total liability for any claim relating to Zabanak is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using Zabanak and delete your account at any time in Account › Delete account. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription, so cancel it in your store settings too. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why where we reasonably can.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
